Time Table Manager (PlaneR) is time table management software for schools, colleges and other educational institutions which helps to identify the availability of professors and scheduling the time for classes. PlaneR is capable of managing schedules for multiple centres. It reduces the strain for scheduling large number of time slots with teachers for plenty of classes and delivers high flexibility in restructuring the periods.

PlaneR is distinct from other time table management software for its simplicity and customizability. Many useful reports are available for teachers and admin to track the progress and timely completion of topics. PlaneR helps optimal use of human resources for educational institutions.

Create Timetable

When all the master data are set, time table creation is easier with the user friendly table. No need to type anything here for the admin; every data can be selected from the boxes. Admin can use custom time slots for adding schedules for teachers.

Same time table window is used for editing the schedules too. Admin can set time table to a class for any number of days in the same window. System will show a warning if there are multiple periods allotted for the same teacher at the same time slot (for different classes).

Mobile App

PlaneR includes a mobile app (Android) for teachers to view the coming schedules and previous schedules. Teachers will get a notification daily about the details of their classes for that day. With these details, teachers can easily prepare for classes.
