About Vadizen Online Education Solutions

Vadizen Online Education Solutions is an online examination platform which enables online examinations easy and user friendly. VOES can be used as a generic platform to conduct various examinations such as online entrance models, online PSC/SSC models, employees/workers assessments, class tests in schools and any other kinds of objective type examinations.

VOES is managed in cloud environment; so the system is scalable to any number of users with great speeds and uncompromised security. Admin and candidates are the two actors in VOES. Admins create exam packages and candidates attend exams. Various informative analytics are available for both admin and candidates.

Question Entry

Questions are added module-wise and topic-wise in VOES. Once the modules and topics are set, questions can be entered into the system. Editor is set for adding questions and any number of choices can be set for a particular question.

Test Creation & Packages

Once there are enough questions in the system for the required modules and topics, admin can create assessments or practice tests. Assessments are the real competitive exams while practice papers aim to teach the candidates. Practice papers are very much helpful for curious learners to correct the mistakes they have committed. Question shuffling is possible for all the examinations.

One or more examinations can be added to a package. Admin can assign these packages to student groups. Available packages are shown in the dashboard of candidate who belongs to a particular student group.

Examination Window

Candidate can choose an exam from available packages. A package contains numerous examinations and clicking on ‘Begin Exam’ button against an examination opens a new window with questions and choices. Examination window shows a running counter with time left for the exam and question numbers with different colours to identify the attended questions.

Once the examination is over, candidate can submit the exam or it submits automatically once the time is over. Even if there is an electricity failure or network problems, candidate can continue the exam from the last saving point.

Student Exam Analysis

Every student gets an insight about the attended examinations in ‘Analysis’ section. Percentage of marks, time spent for wrong answers, time spent for right answers, number of students who got higher marks than the candidate and section-wise marks are a few among various analytics.
