Raw Material Management

Raw materials required for the manufacturing of all products are entered into the software. Reorder level, reorder quantity and lead time should be given for each and every raw material. Then products are added with its ingredients. There can be any number of product models against each product.

Production Scheduling

Manufacturing of products are managed using Production Scheduling section. Scheduling of production for any number of days are possible. Once the scheduling is made, raw materials are handed over to the plants only in the exact quantities required for production. No wastage of raw material will be allowed by the system. There are provisions for exchanging the faulty raw materials with new ones.

After completing the production of each product, the software is updated with new product stock. Once the raw material touches the reorder level, system prompts for reordering of the raw material.

Customer Orders

Customer orders can be handled in real time using VSMS. When ordered product name and required delivery date are entered, the system automatically gives a possible delivery date. Partial fulfilling of orders is also possible through the software.

Reports

Customer Orders Report, Production Report and Raw Material Position Report are a few among the many available reports in the system. As per the client’s requirement, Vadizen Tec will provide customized reports too.
